What about using the chat functions to organise once a week/a month a chat session about specific topics (either suggested or voted through poll daddy?), copy/paste the results (or summarize) and post in appropriate section. this could also be used as material for the IJC...

I cant see what discussion is going in the chat room.I can see only my own reply.
