To help us to keep the todos in line and don't miss a date I have subscribed to a teamwork site: ijc.deskaway.com
For the people they will work in the team I will create accounts. I think in the first weeks we should take the discussion open and we need only a small team to document the todos and bring it in an order that makes sense.
