I was a bit before myself - sorry. I have done some work in this area but I will discuss what is to happen with Chris Davenport before going public. Apologies.

Who is our target audience 9 Replies

Hi, to write a good user guide/manual we need to determine/identify the target audience. I think it'll end up in a couple of user manuals that we're going to write, or we select just one. So the out…

Amy, can we brazilian create a portuguese version of this guide?
I am available to translations. Mine english to portuguese is really good... portuguese to english not so good... hahahahahaha

The portuguese could be in same wiki as well volunteers of others countries could do it in their native languages too.

would google have scrapped and cached the posts? was there a reason why they left that you can tell us about?
Amy Stephen Comment by Amy Stephen on October 29, 2009 at 6:41pm
I don't know if Google cached the posts. The best way to find out would be to look.

I respect people's right to privacy. It is always best to directly ask an individual why they did or did not do something if you feel you need to know.

I have begun some work on a wiki skeleton. You can see it here.

All feedback gratefully received.

@Tony
Should 1.14 be on migration ?
Tony Davis Comment by Tony Davis on November 2, 2009 at 1:56pm
Manual/1/4 is on Migration. I do not understand 1.14, can you give the URL?

I am only just getting on top of the Naming Conventions so that we keep names short (or shortish) and let the sub page list appear on the parent page. A couple of days and I think it will all become clearer.

Well, that's what I hope for.

Manual/1/4 is the page - sorry I forgot.
