Now that the Joomla! Magazine is going back into publication, all of us that will be working together to produce it "now have our work cut out for us".
Considering it's now well into the middle of October, we have a few things that need to be done before we produce our first issue:
1) We need to "gather" the core team.
2) They need to figure who on the core team is going to do what.
3) What software are we going to use to produce it? What is the workflow of unpublished articles going to be?
4) We need to gather articles/interviews for the Magazine article inventory.
5) We need to establish a publishing schedule for the Magazine, and stick to it!
6) We need to write a "writers guidelines" for article submissions.
At this point in time, a February 2010 publication date gives us enough time to "round up" the necessary parts!
