I will add "The Black Swan" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_swan_theory) to the list, although it is not a "web-ish" book it opens your eyes on many many things.

Made me think ao. about why it is so difficult to plan websites, specially when it comes to big ones, too many uncontrollable (human) factors.

If you have time, give it a try.
