adding data from another table to Virtuemart 1.1.9 order details

Hi all,

Have this issue that I think we can share if one has a solution, I have managed to intergrate the Phoca Gallery extension with Virtue Mart and it works perfectly well as photo stock site... I have also managed to add the automatic generation of the image ID randomly which is unique.. My issue noww is to make this appear on the order details and the confirmation HTML payment form as hidden to be sent to my database for imageID payment tracking tracking...

What I have tried so far is to try and capture the data in the jos_phocagallery table and link it to the varriables in virtumart order.details page with no success,

QUESTION: Is this possible or has someone ever done it and if yes how do i get the data to appear on the VM payment HTML form or how do I link the title field from the Phoca Gallery which is linked to the product detail by their productid ?

Attached is what I have been trying to do, you will notice the logic flow is as follow;

querry the title field of the phocagallery table, then select the item whose vmproduct_id is the same as the product_id in question (that has been bought) in the VM eshop section, then collect the varriable as $image_id. Which then I need now to assign a hiden field and send it together with the order ID and the rest as hiden fields to my payment processors as indicated in the codes

Any advice will highly be appreceated...
