Emergency Joomla template development needed ASAP

I need a Joomla EXPERT to create a joomla 1.5 template for me ASAP. It is a complex template that must work on IE6 and all the current web browsers. The contents of the website must also be readable by the Jaws screenreader http://www.freedomscientific.com/produc ... t-page.asp - as many of the visitors to the site will be visually impaired (though the site does not have to be fully level A accessible). Please note that the site is also has quite a lot of graphic image.

Please not there is also a graphic menu similar to the main menu http://www.ea.com that will need to be developed

It is a complex template. Only the most experienced Joomla template masters need reply. It will take 30 - 40 hours minimum to make.

Due to a number of reasons, this template must be done soon- preferably by Monday morning 9 AM PST.
