Who do you recommend as a quality and affordable registrar for your clients?

I have run up on a situation where I'm increasingly dissatisfied with my current registrar. At first all was very good and service was excellent, but now things are so bad i'm sort of worried about losing domains in the confusion, and there is no communication from them other than automated messages. I was wondering, for those of you who as site developers also control domain registration for your clients, who do you recommend? I second this recommendation for Akeeba. I've been using this product since Nicholas developed it. Akeebabackup is great for backing up in order to restore rapidly after a hack, and akeebackup admintools is essential in preventing a hack.…
