Beat, you're right, I realised when I stopped, that I forgot to mention the awesome cave of a bar, the table tennis table I regret not playing on, and the proximity of the rooms - such a memorable weekend!

Do you charge a 3.4% fee on top for PayPal or just suffer the loss for ease of receiving timely payments?

I second the vote for Rochen - I have a few clients with them on their own multi-site accounts, and we have an MVS account for a few smaller clients.
Only downside is the outbound email limit - just 1,000 per day unless on a MVS.

We joined Quickbooks as Pro Advisors, received a hefty discount and use that (Premium 2008 version) - works a treat!

I think that most companies worth their salt will have tried a couple of pre-made templates, modified them and then decided to build their own.
Once you've built your own you realise just how bespoke they can be!
