@ Marco, thanks for digging. Wow. Interesting, indeed. @ Ivo, it would be nice if you could ask a few questions when visiting Estonia about WHY Joomla is dominant compared to the others. Would be good to get a feel on this.

Local Estonian Company made a study to investigate what systems are used in Estonian web. The conclusion was, that most popular Open Source system used in Estonia is Joomla!Joomla! was used in 16% of the studied pages. JomSocial Estonian translation available

JomSocial My main purpose is always bee to produce as many quality translations for Joomla! Extensions as humanly possible and there is now also on more popular extension available in Estonian. Component JomSocial is close to the hearts of all those Joomla! sites are community sites. So now it can be available in Estonian also.
