Shayne - thanks for always keeping in touch and for your thoughtful approaches. I can't imagine what it's like for those of you who started Joomla! (and before Joomla!) to think back on early beginnings and see how things have turned out. Some disappointments, certainly, but a lot to be proud of, too. Thanks for joining in. Look forward to learning more about Nooku and the cool stuff it can do for us as Joomla! developers!

Ken is on the right track. There was an issue regarding the % of income that would need to be charitable donations should OSM be 503c3 given that at the time the %'s were near enough the opposite to what would be required.
