the only thing you're missing here is that the template specific email, print & pdf buttons need to be placed in the [your_template]/images/system/ folder   Hope this helps,   Waseem

Alternative category cmd -layout issue. Please confirm

Could someone please confirm this for me .I am trying to create alternate category layout  ,works fine is just that my slug is duplicating the layout view or inheriting the old one  , I created new xml file called testing.xml  and placed intemplate/html/com_content/category/  folder , before testing.xml I had another file in there called   myblogview.xml which is deleted ,Now when I go to menu item and select my Testing blog as layoutcmd becomes     view=category&layout=myblogview:testing I…See More

Just check you can use the same email address just remove the admin as the linked user!

This does not work on Menu items edit either. Which cold be very useful especially with all the accordion tabs and options  that are present when edition the menu item

Sounds like a bug in a SQL join statement. JOIN statements are used to display information from multiple tables. However if one of these extra tables has an extra entry then it will appear that all entries have doubled. I will see if I can find the…

And one more,  if I unpublsh News Item1  , both are gone , duplicate and original. Again , all template overrides are off ( not used)  default Stable 1.6  com_content files are in affect.
