Even Drupal people have a laugh about this ... something in Builtwith's system leads it to think that just about every site is built with Drupal. It's a known bug.

On top of that, vBulletin is listed as a CMS? Also, they're separating WordPress out as a blog, when people do in fact frequently use it as a CMS.

The JavaScript stats are particularly troublesome, because many of these tools are not mutually exclusive by any means. That said, Google Trends sheds some light on JavaScript library popularity, if only by search volume: http://www.google.com/trends?q=jquery%2C+mootools%2C+dojo%2C+script...
