Pre-Event-Tasks International Joomla Conference in Germany

I have made me some thoughts about the event, mainly about the days before. Jeremy has is written in the brainstorming topic that it would be perfect, if we have pre-event-programm. Here what I can offer:

I am available the two/tree days before, so people can fly to Bruessels Airport and come to my home city Aachen. Traveling form Bruessel to Aachen is easy and cheap, 1 hour/19 Euro with the Thales. I will book a cheap hotel here in Aachen, don't know the exact rates but 50 Euro is a normal rate. Program for the days, in reverse order:

* Saturday: Travel to venue near Wiesbaden, maybe over Frankfurt
* Friday: A day in Aachen, a city with 2000 Years history.
* Thursday: Visit Maastricht with nice pubs and the wonderful old city of Maastricht, maybe we meet our Dutch Joomla! friends there
* Wednesday: Day for traveling to Bruessel

btw: I have my office in Aachen, so if anyone will make such strange things as working, no problem. But remember we have CEST here :-)

So that are the Pre-Event ideas. I personally think that the most people will fly home after the event, but if not we can make something more possible.
